What you can expect from one-on-one coaching

 Choose this option if you want in depth, personal coaching.  We will work very closely together to identify what you want to focus on and what will be a successful outcome for you.  


We will start with a short course of coaching sessions.  After that, you decide if you want to continue.  I have some clients that have been with me for almost 2 years. 

The best kept secret - how to accelerate your performance

Why do so many companies offer coaching to their top-level executives and high potential employees? The simple answer is that having a coach is a very effective way to accelerate your performance.  


In addition to business and career coaching I also help clients explore aspects of their life outside of work and what personal goals they want to achieve.


Professional coaches, like myself, work to a Code of Ethics and have to undergo many hours of training and practice before they become an accredited coach.
